Red light therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light. People use it to support circulation, skin and tissue recovery. At Salt Spa Massage it's available as a $10 add-on to a massage, and it's included in our private wellness suite (Suite 38) with the infrared sauna and cold plunge.
