For 40 years I have suffered from migraines. I get approximately 10-15 a month. I started going to Pavel and told him what I thought might help. He listened and customized the massage for me. Most of the time he only works on my neck, shoulders, upper back and TMJ. I have gone down to about 3-4 migraines a month and taking a lot less medication. The only thing I did differently was getting a massage every 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend him.
